DEPT COLLECTORS!!!!!

The live chat link isn’t working and I really do not have time for automated chat , is there no direct numbers I ring through at all ?? Partly the reason for me switching was extreme poor customer services and no appropriate way of immediately contacting :/

Yep used a pac code and I now have the same number with UW . This is literally in shambles . I just want to get rid of this network completely . I have been an extremely loyal customer and cannot work out what has happened here !!!

Yep so My final bill was for that large exact amount !!! Nothing on there said anything about a £50.22 payment that I’m over due by ? I haven’t had any follow up what so ever . All I know is that I was refunded a £50.22 and now they’re demanding a £50.22 . It’s an absolute joke  I switched ages ago , and I made sure I paid everything off before cancelling but apparently I’m now being penalised for this .

I paid this yesterday and nothing is displaying on my app that I’ve made any payment ? Just that my June bill is still £282.66 . I’m really worried as it’s a lot of money and I can’t be paying this again . I will follow the link and see what happens :/ :/

Hi the live chat isn’t working. It just shows a page talking about it but no chat actual loads ? Okay that’s kind of a relief . I did enter a pac code to keep my same number , so I’m assuming it’s linked to the same account . How long does this usually take to appear on my account that I’ve made another payment ?

I’ve just rang that number you told me to ring to make payment ? Was that the wrong number ? Because I’ve just rang up and paid £282.66 . I do have the app but I didn’t know you could pay via there ? Have I just paid money randomly now without any link to my account ?  This is my only account yeah :-)

paying my cancellation fee

I have just rang up that number and paid my bill . How is that linked to my account number though as they didn’t request any further information. Just the amount I would like to pay ? Also the robot on the phone told me my bill was lower than what my ID app states for June ? So I’ve paid the higher amount . Will this be deemed for a refund at some point then please ?
