I never used my sim please can ID contact me?

Hi Michelle,No as I’ve said, it’s been misplaced therefore I don’t have it. Can I just add that this is very inconvenient and poor Customer service. I do expect to be able to call my mobile provider and have such a small issue rectified immediately - why does ID mobile not have a call centre?  Thanks Natasha

Hi @Natashaahmed1  You can check for upgrade deals through the iD Mobile App once registered. Have you been able to register now successfully? -Mohsin  Hi Mohsin, unfortunately I can’t register without my mobile number and I don’t remember it as I never used it and appear to have misplaced it.? thanks  Natasha
