No data connection

Hi Mohammed, I'm in UK. Mobile data is on. The phone is unlocked galaxy note 9. I've changed the apn settings but there's no change - I still can't access the internet.

wifi calling on unlocked galaxy note 9

Hi [user=66]Kevin[/user], I should have asked the carphone warehouse guys explicitly about wifi calling... I got the note 9 from music magpie as an unlocked refurb. The previous handset, galaxy S7, was a phone+contract with carphone warehouse - although even that took numerous calls with cust.serv. and 12 months to get wifi calling working. Looks like I'm going to have to change the handset and get a new one. It's annoying, as if the cellnet network was good enough, I wouldn't be contemplating wifi calling in the first place.

Thanks [user=4402]Hikari[/user] - the internet says that the software to enable wifi calling is provided by the carrier via firmware, which would be iD in this case, not Samsung. [user=60]iD Mobile[/user] - is there any way to fix this for us unlocked people?
