Voicemail Notification when no coverage?

Hi, i’m having the same problem with the voicemail. Did this get solved? multiple calls to idmobile and they have asked me to check with my previous provider(didnt work as they said i’m not their cusromer anymore) . asked me to use a different phone, which i don’t have, and why would it be a phone problem when it was not a problem until i joined id
