April 2024 - Mobile app and My Account outage

Is there any update I do wonder? Just tried to log into the app and got an error message.

RESOLVED: Some customers experiencing issues connecting to the network and accessing the iD app.

Getting a bit frustrated that this has been ongoing most of the day. I understand outages, happen but this one is definitely one of the longest I've ever seen.

RESOLVED: Some customers experiencing issues connecting to the network and accessing the iD app.

It's been done for me most of the, day since, around 11am. I'm based in Edinburgh, hopefully the network comes back up soon.
