🚨 RESOLVED: Network issue and problems accessing the iD app.

Can anyone who's been with ID for a while tell me if this is a regular thing? I'm within my 30 day cooling off period so if this happens all the time in going elsewhere. I'm back up and running with data and calls in Derby now but it's taken all day.  this is the 2nd issue I've had in 5 years.

what going on? my phone/sim working fine. mrs not working at all. my sim in her phone fine!

RESOLVED: Some customers experiencing issues connecting to the network and accessing the iD app.

Hi guys, I just transferred today from EE to ID mobile... I have been trying all day to get it to work. My old phone and sim have changed to a different number now. And my new phone with new sim are displaying my correct number. But I cant do anything on either phone now. Cant send or call or receive anything at all.   Could this be because of this network issue? Or is it a transfer thats gone wrong... do I just have the worst possible luck? I think just bad luck unfortunately. I’ve been with ID for a few years and it’s always been excellent. Certainly better than O2 and EE in my area. This is a Three network issue and not IDs fault. Unfortunate that ID uses the Three network.

ID has always been great in my area (Lincs) but no connection since about 3pm. Oddly the Mrs Pixel and son’s Iphone are now back ti normal, but nothing on my Oppo.

Google Pixel 2 xl 64gb unlocked for £250??

Hi thanks for your reply. He has lent me the phone and it is perfect condition in box with all bits like new. I've worked as the guy's manager for years and he has had the phone in its case always. He his on contract and just upgrading. Seems an excellent phone. I'm guessing as I'm SIM free it will serve me better and for longer than the A5?
