How to beat your post-holiday blues

My absolute favourite author right now is Karin Slaughter. She writes crime novels. She's has written a few book sets that are well worth getting involved in. I'm currently reading her new book Girl Forgotten. If this does interest you, go to her website to find the best order to read her books. Trust me, they are so worth it. EnjoyStacey 😋

Can’t make calls, texts or use my mobile date.

It has Ryan, as of yesterday. It took 2 weeks but got there eventually. Network problem.

Kevin thanks for the response. Yes all paid and up to date never a problem there. My sim was taken out and put in another phone and didn't work and another sim was put in my phone and it worked fine which proves it's a network problem. Spoke to id meant to be getting a message from the technical team today but I doubt it will arrive. I've spoke to live chat already, they are the ones that went through the APN settings with me, then gave up and told me to go to a Carphone warehouse which I did, they are the ones that tried the different Sims and done a sim swap.

Refund for no service

Im having the exact same problems but I've not been abroad. As of about 9 days ago I couldn't make calls or texts or use my mobile data. Yet I can receive calls or texts. No settings have been changed on my phone. Spoke to live help, the sent me new APN settings didn't work, told me to go to a shop, so took to car phone warehouse. They put my sin in another phone, didn't work, they put their sim in my phone, worked perfectly which proves it's a fault on Id not my phone. Ended up calling Id again who have now told me to wait 48 hours for a technical team to be in touch. This is shoddy. I'm very unhappy with this terrible service and customer help is rubbish!!

Mine is contract so sounds like this issue is bigger then what they think!! Ive been told to wait 48 hours for the technical team to contact me. Joke really. Paying all this money for something I can't even use!!
