mobile data and pay as you go

Hi Kash, thank you. Yes, i do need help. I want to know how to purchase mobile from my balance on pay as you go. I have checked my account online (desktop), and see that the purchase only comes in bundle, rather than by the MB in mobile data. Do you know how to do this? Please help. Many thanks.

thank you, I can now see that i can spend £1 to buy 100 MB of mobile data. If i have a £5 balance on Pay as you go. Can I use £1 from the £5 to buy the mobile data? if so, how to do that, I don’t seem to see this is possible when i logon my account on the desktop website. Many thanks.

Pay as you go balance expiry

thank you for letting me know. So if i left with £1 for my "old" topup, does this £1 carried forward when "new" top up is made (before "old" topup expiry), implying that, moving forward, the £1 + £5 (new topup) will last 365 days? Thank you

hi there, can you please let me know would a top up of at least £5 extend deadline by another 365 days please? yours not very clear, others like 3 mobile is a lot more clearcut. use every 6 months if not, expired and lost all balance and the number. if yours can extend for another 365 days for each top up of at least £5, I will go with you, if not I am going with 3 mobile. Thank you

I have the same problem since last week. Loaded my pay as you go SIM with a bundle but didn't work, call the online help, it said currently there seems some issue with the pay as you go customer. need 24 hours for them to give feedback
