Not receiving OTP messages

Hi @andewhite  Thanks for getting back to me 👍 I have tried what sorted @StuartGlu ’s issue out and I’m still unresolved. I’ve probably got 5-8 app’s/accounts I can’t access as they need an OTP code, HMRC, gmail, DPD, klarna, other banking apps. I have tried to raise the issue on live chat with ID but I haven’t really got anywhere with that.

OTP not coming through from my bank

i have followed all of you’re previous advice posts regarding not recieved OTP messages. All my normal texts and calls work fine, I just can’t recieve OTP.i have logged in and out of I message, face time etc. i turned my phone off for 10 hours, nothing works.it has to be a technical issue that needs sorting on you’re end

Uber App OTP text not being received

Hi, I have the same problem. have followed all of you’re previous advice posts regarding not recieved OTP messages. Not receiving OTP messages

I am having the same issues mentioned here.i have done the deactivate I message and out back on, then phone on and off for an hour etc. tried everything mentioned, it’s a brand new phone so i believe  the issue is with the network and not my i phone.

cant receive OTP messages

*update i have turned my mobile off through the night. Same problem this morning. Can’t receive any OTP messages. This network isn’t fit for purpose if you can’t recieve these messages. Seems a common problem too. Any help much appreciated :)
