ID Plan Info

I am very close to the end of my id contract.Recently, I have had to install the new updated version of the App and now I cannot see anything other than pay my bill. I want to check when my contract ends so I can leave and when I click on MY PLANS, it only lets me edit my profile.The Old app was not very good but this new one is twice as bad.Help me please

I can't get into App for 5 days, unable to login. Customer service (if you can call them that) are useless. Think its time to go to another provider, but can't close account down.

password change problem (app)

When i try change my password, it says my password cannot contain symbols, however, my new password does not, but my pre-given password has a symbol, and therefore i cannot change my password at all.

Spending cap reached. Payment made.

Whilst roaming in Europe I unexpectedly hit my spending cap of £25. I've since made a payment to my account of £25 but the spending cap didn't reset and I'm stuck in Europe, unable to use my phone. Please advise.

why have i been charged for roaming in Holland

Whilst in Holland on 19/02/24 to 22/02/24 I was charged for using  1.94mb at a cost of£18.64 even though I have all my data and Holland is also in EU. why have I been charged?

When will the app work? 14 days and counting, still can’t get to my online accounts! The information and excuses are woeful. What is happening, when will this be fixed, I’m sick of the “just bear with us” messages and the boast that 100,000 accounts are working well on the new App. Awful, just awful 😞

OTP vreification code not received from Banks after porting my number in

Hi,I am frustrated by the fact I am not be able to receive verification code / OTP from banks, however, I can get normal SMS from individuals or text questionnaires, for example from Currys. Handset: Google Pixel 8 proTimeline:8th April 2024Porting number was scheduled on 8th April, and it is completed at mid-day. Having tested immediately, it works all good as treat, I had one Bank app migrated with OTP code received. So, I thought it was excellent, and decided to do the rest migration in the evening after work.  In the evening, about 5 or 6pm, the SMS messaging service became weird when I tried to migrated other bank apps over. I have no longer received OTP code at all. Then, I found if my family text me, the SMS will be landed onto my old phone with the old service provider, if I sent SMS to my family, they will see the SMS from my iD temp number, not the number being ported in! all messed up!9th April 2024Spent a lot of time on the Chat with iD support people, gone through all kind

3G Network closing end of April 24 phone incompatible

I have just had a text from iD mobile advising my phone will stop working by the end of April 24 as it using the 3G Network. As far as I am aware the phone is 4G compatible but does not appear on the list of accepted phones. My phone is a unihertz Jelly 2E which is a VoLTE over 4G. Any advice would be most appreciated.

According to this forum it’s been at least 10 days since My Account and the app have been unavailable. I’m trying to pay my monthly bill guys. I can’t even call because my service has been stopped until my bill is paid.Surely an unavailability like this should last 3 days maximum? How much longer are we going to have to wait just to access our online information again? Another week? The end of the month? 40 days?

customer service pin number in new app/log in

So I finally downloaded the new app (not sure it's an improvement apart from the ability to have more than one plan).When I contacted live chat re my upgrade they asked for my pin number - I can't find it on the new app so I asked.Am I being stupid or has the my account section been removed from the new app? I knew where it was on the old one but there isn't a my account section anymore is there? Also means I couldn't cancel the upgrade even if I wanted to as there are no details there.Or am I just being really dense?Help.Thanks

Charged while roaming in EU

I am a new customer to ID Mobile and I recently visited an EU country. When I got back home I noticed I had been charged for roaming. My roaming tab was turned on on the ID Mobile app on my phone. I spoke to someone at ID customer service and she said that when I arrived in Italy I should have “linked up my phone with one of the ID Mobile partners” - but I haven’t got a clue what she meant, and she did not explain it very well. Could someone please explain what I need to do when I arrive in an EU country to ensure that I don’t get charged for roaming. Thanks.

iD coverage v Three

iD uses the Three network, so why is the performance so much poorer on Id?My wife is with Three and gets excellent coverage at home. I am with iD and often have no signal, in exactly the same location. It’s really annoying when waiting for a login passcode, to have to move away from the computer and wander around to get a signal.Can it be the phones? Mine is a Moto G7 plus, wife’s is a Moto G10. Both support the same frequency bands, neither is 5G.

Oops... something went wrong.

We have 2 numbers in our account. One is working fine. The other not. Every time I go to this account is simply shows me this error message: Oops... something went wrong. I was able to top up but unable to buy a bundle.Whether through the n or through the website.The automatic renewal failed earlier today, and I received a text.Both are PAYG. How can I buy a bundle?

replacement SIM required

I ordered a new IDMobile SIM, and they’ve started taking payment. The first SIM just didn’t work - it was unrecognised in my devices, so I spoke on the help chat, and they sent out another.This one at least seems to be recognised, but there is no number or sign of the SIM actually working on the network.Undeterred, I went through the registration process, in the hope that this would somehow unlock things. Inevitably, we get to the “we have sent you a text” stage, and I can’t move past that.Because, STILL, 3 weeks in, the SIM isn’t actually registering on the network to allow me to receive texts, far less connect to the network and use the service I am PAYING to use.I am really becoming extremely fed up with this. I’m hoping that maybe it just takes IDMobile a bit of time to authorise the SIM, but if this doesn’t work, I’m ripping the damn thing out, sending it back, and expecting a full refund.I’m tech-literate. Roaming from outside of band 1 and band 2

I’m confused, if I am not in any of the named countries be it band 1 or band 2, am I allowed to switch on data roaming if I have say 10gb of data in my allowances left without incurring any further costs. I’m in Cape Verde, not on any of the two lists. Is it correct that once my 10gb has been used I will then have to pay the extra charges? Thank you.
