Extremely low usage PAYG

In theory, is it possible to top up on a PAYG sim for £10 and use that £10 for 1 year. I make only one or two calls per month that are a minute each. I do not text or use data.

I need this to send to my insurance company but am finding it impossible to get to talk to a human being at ID. Is there a phone number, which doesn't send me through to an automated chat line or an email address?

need a PAC

I need a PAC code to take my number with me to a different provider. I have text PAC and my date of birth to 65075 to which I get the following reply “Hi, something went wrong with your request. Please try again later or contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us”. I have tried to do it in the app and get an error message saying “oops somethings gone wrong please log in and try again” I have tried contacting you using the live chat bot who is useless and all live chat agents are busy. I have tried phoning 7777 where an automated voice just sends you round and round in circles never getting to chat to a real person.I just need a PAC number. Please send me a PAC so I can leave!

My Contract is coming to the end I would like to go on a sim only plan what do I have to do next.also I am working in Germany at the moment and an unable to get back to collect any new sim that you might send.

SIM delivery

SIM card has not arrived but have had emails about account and billing. SIM was ordered on the 7th, and hadn’t expected to wait over a week. Should I wait or request a new one to be sent via tracked post?(I haven’t had any delays with any other Royal Mail deliveries this last month)

Why are international calls to holland meant to bw inclusive but then you charge for them?

I checked my international calls were selected on my account management, I then gave it a few minutes more before calling a 0031 (dialling code for Holland) phone number, which should be part of my plan. I left a message which took possibly 10 seconds thereabouts, then I hung up.Now I have a charge listed as international calls which I refuse to pay.I would be extremely grateful if a human being could override the computer and amend this rather than just inform me of the computer system error and deal with it without the need for back and forth on here.You have details of my agreement and what is included in the package and can see by the logged call and the details I provide here with regard to it that an error of sorts is now passed onto me, the paying customer.I must stress i do not intend to continually log back in on here to discuss further details and even if it is only 18pence I won't be paying it either.Hopefully common sense will prevail and I sincerely thank the person who re

hi all can i purchase a sim free phone from id on carphone warehouse and put my existing  id sim  card into the new phone.will it just carry on at the existing monthly bill.i am able to upgrade but dont want any of the phones on the list.luckily i can afford a sim free phone i want ,many thanks

lost mobile and not registered

Mobile phone has been lost and I need to block the sim. As I have never registered the account I am not able to do this online, live chat is not available and there are no email or contact numbers. I have cancelled direct debit as a precaution and please consider this notification of a lost phone.  Any charges incurred from now I am no longer liable for. Thanks

End of 24 month contract

Hello,My father’s 24-month contract ends in March. Can he ask for a new (and better) deal with ID? Or must he keep his current deal if he stays? Is there a deadline (prior to the end of contract date)? Thanks!

Hi I have problem with my billing. I’m pay twice every months. I have new contract and every months they charge me for old bill. I cancelled old bill and contract and now I can’t call … I can’t understand what’s going on? I try to call to ID all day but that’s impossible and I chatted with someone but still not helping. I’m very disappointed about this situation . Really I haven’t a time for all day to call you. I’m paying my new bill so why they blocked me ?

Phone not ringing when called

Forgive me if this has been resolved before but I can’t seem to discover the answer.I have just changed tariff recently (approx 1 week ago) and since then when somebody tries to call me my phone does not ring, in fact nothing is displayed on the screen. When  I speak to the caller via another method they tell me it sometimes rings but othertimes there’s just silence.Coverage is 4/5 barsI need to get this resolved for work so any help would be great thanks
