Help with transferring Whatsapp to new phone

I’m experiencing issues with accessing WhatsApp on my new iPhone 15 pro since I transferred from Vodafone to ID.Whatsapp is the only app I seem to be having issues with since I transferred both my SIM and phone. I’ve tried all the instructions given on WhatsApp on my old phone but when I try to open the app on my new phone, I just seem to be going round in circles. I’ve watched multiple videos on YouTube and tried resetting my network, uninstalling and reinstalling the WhatsApp app as well as restarting my phone a few times. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had similar issues and been able to resolve the problem?

Not Receiving Some SMS Messages

I am not receiving one time password SMS messages from my Polish bank. I have contacted them and their records show the message was sent and received by my phone operator but not forwarded on to me.

payment been taken 3 times, trying to find someone to contact

Hi all, First time user of this community.I was recently sent a message informing me that my phone payment was due in 2 days and that I had to pay. I’ve been having issues setting up a direct debit, which has meant these are regular. I attempted to pay but when i attempted to pay I entered the details and got a “Ooops! something went wrong” and never received a confirmation of payment. Two days later my phone got cut and I received the text message and again attempted to pay, but the above happened again, on 2 different cards. Again, neither have received confirmation of payment. Yesterday i attempted again and the same happened, however, I then received a notification from my bank, as ID Mobile have taken 3 separate payments from me for my phone contract this month. This totals £110 in total. I’m a relatively low income job and have a family to support, so every £ is crucial in the current climate. I’m trying to get hold of someone to see how this is resolved, as my balance currently

Mifi 4g router SIM issue when in France

The iD SIM card works well in a 'mifi' portable 4g router here in the UK but it won't work in France. I've tried various APN permutations logging into it via my laptop but it won't work. It does work in France however on my phone.Any ideas anyone?

I get a “No SIM available” error periodically

Good afternoon, I recently got a new contract with iD mobile and a few days after I put the SIM in my iPhone 13 I got a “No SIM” message in the control centre. I asked for a new SIM but after a few days that doesn’t work either.Putting my phone into flight mode, resetting network settings and restarting it doesn’t fix the issue, and the only way I can get it to work is by ejecting the SIM tray and putting it back in again. But even after I do that, it only works for a few hours and then I get the same message.Apart from this issue, I’ve had fine service and good signal.Does anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if there’s anything I may need to elaborate on

I want to speak to someone at iD Mobile

I have just joined iD Mobile and having big coverage issues, despite there being 4G in my area. I tried using the Live Chat to address this issue but it gets me nowhere. I would like to speak to a person on the phone, as I will have to move networks if I can’t get this resolved. Please can you give me a telephone number to call? Thanks Laura

Sizeable Charges within Coolling Off Period?

Hi. I’m trying to cancel my Sim Only contract (ordered online) well within the 30 day cooling off period. I’ve tried to do this a couple of times via Live Chat but getting quoted a sizeable cost for doing this. It doesn’t seem to make sense. I haven’t actually received the SIM yet (ordered 3 days ago) so I know it has not been used. No idea how to escalate this to get this resolved so was hoping someone could advise/help.

My number was fraudulently ported to another network and Its been nearly 14 days and ID mobile still hasn't sorted this

Please Help… I am losing my mind over this. Firstly someone hacked my ID mobile account and requested a PAC code to port to another network. As soon as my I knew there was an issue I contacted ID mobile. This was almost 2 weeks ago and even though a new sim has been sent out and the PAC number has been retrieved back from another company. I still can not get onto the network. despite the numerous online chats and promises of “it will be another 48 hours our tech team are dealing with it” nothing is happening. I have asked on many occasions for the Tech team to contact me. I am just going round in circles.

Does iD Mobile actually exist ?

As a birthday present for my wife I got her a new phone on an iDmobile contract. The phone arrived a few days ago and that was all ok. The trouble started when I tried to transfer her number. I got a PAC code from Lebara and filled in the “Switch to iD Mobile” form on the website. I got a totally useless error message that starts “We’ve tried to process you PAC, but there is a issue”. It doesn’t say what the issue is or how top proceed from this point just that there is an issue. I have now done this 4 times, each time starting from scratch, double checking the information, getting somebody else to check the information, and taking a screenshot each time. Same result each time, useless error message. Apparently the only way to contact iD mobile is via social media so I sent them a message on Messenger yesterday morning, no reply, nothing, it’s just disappeared into a black hole. I did get an email asking me to registered on the app and change my pin, when I tried to do this it said it

I ordered a new IDMobile SIM, and they’ve started taking payment. The first SIM just didn’t work - it was unrecognised in my devices, so I spoke on the help chat, and they sent out another.This one at least seems to be recognised, but there is no number or sign of the SIM actually working on the network.Undeterred, I went through the registration process, in the hope that this would somehow unlock things. Inevitably, we get to the “we have sent you a text” stage, and I can’t move past that.Because, STILL, 3 weeks in, the SIM isn’t actually registering on the network to allow me to receive texts, far less connect to the network and use the service I am PAYING to use.I am really becoming extremely fed up with this. I’m hoping that maybe it just takes IDMobile a bit of time to authorise the SIM, but if this doesn’t work, I’m ripping the damn thing out, sending it back, and expecting a full refund.I’m tech-literate. 14 days cooling off but charged

I bought a S24 in Currys but returned it 3 days later because of the bank holiday ( I will stay with iPhone ) now my final bill has arrived and it’s £44.99 equal to 1 months line rental , after speaking to customer care they said they would give me £7.99 to help why am I being charged a months rental when I didn’t use the internet and made 1 call ? Doesn’t make sense to me
