unblock phone

Like I see others have had to do after blocking their phone and then finding it again,  I have had to register for this forum as the only way to try to unblock it. I can't even find the live chat link anymore.  Terrible.  Can someone please help? Thank you.

sim not provisioned after registering

Sim not provisioned after upgrade 24 hours ago even though text received saying ready to go. Tried all "bot" suggestions,no good...really need a human to sort it out. Thanks Dave

sim card stopped working

I upgraded my phone 2 months ago. Everything was working fine.  I registered on Id mobile app yesterday and now I have a message to say that my new sim is now active. I don't have aa new sim and my phone was working fine yesterday.  What do I do please?

Really struggling to cancel a sim only

Hi, I have downloaded the app, used the web version, called 7777 and even called Carphone warehouse for help in ending this contract.  It is sim only, 30 day rolling and the option to cancel does not show up under ‘my account’.  Any thoughts please, and are there any real people employed by ID mobile or is everything automated Thanks!Matt

fraud order placed in my name

I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received a letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers.  The live chat does not work on the IDMobile website and I cannot find an email to contact or a number to call where it is actually possible to speak to someone.  How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed?Thanks

cant register as details are wrong

I’ve spent 3 days trying to register an account for the ID mobile app, but it keeps on saying my details are incorrect but that can’t be true since I know my date of birth and last name.

Hi,I placed an order for a new plan and after completing the payment page and confirming the direct debit the screen timed out. I did not get any order confirmation.I am not sure if the order went through. Can someone please get in touch. Thank you.

Credit Score Ruined!

Can someone please help me, there is  a £2.20 outstanding amount on my account (which I have now paid). I was told the account was paid up in total and now I am applying for a mortgage to find out it’s declined because of defaults on my credit file! This is because of an error and I cannot get hold of anyone to help me?!

How can I speak to an advisor?

I have been attempting forover one hour to contact your cusotmer services. iMPOSSIBLE. no advisors on phone. cant log in. tried ringing carphone warehouse.. no reply. so I have cancelled my contract with you. as my network keeps dropping. yesterday and again today. NO texts no phonecalls avaialble. had enough. you will not let any customers contact you. so how are we supposed to resolve problems. I recd a notification from you that my 500 mins allowance had been used since 15th july. nO IT HASNT. i have kept note of phonecalls when the phone was working when i had network.. and i have used in total around 30 minutes. not 500!! had enough of your service or lack of it.  I do not wish to stay with your company. and will get a new supplier as soon as poss.  its outrageous that your company does not take phonecalls. messages emails.. how on earth are customers supposed to contact you. ridiculous. you have breached your contract with me. as had no network for most of yesteray and today

RPI changes coming to SIM only plans?

I recently took out a SIM only plan for my son and ordered another one yesterday for myself. One of the reasons I did so was because ID Mobile advertised that their SIM only plans were exempt from any annual RPI increases. Screenshot: I see that ID Mobile have removed this fact from their FAQ section and I can now no longer find any mention of it on their website. So it got me wondering... Do ID Mobile plan on increasing SIM only plans in line with RPI annually? If so, will it apply to existing SIM only plans?

The phone I ordered that stated 'in-stock' on the website is delayed in its delivery. How do I contact someone about this to either chose in in stock colour or cancel? I cannot wait for the phone to be restocked!

unblock short code text messages 60174

I have had a text from my bank asking me to confirm a transaction i attempted by replying Y to a message sent from the number 60174. When i then receive the confirmation request text from that number and reply i get a “Failed”, “can’t send message”. I understand this number may need to be unblocked at your end. thanks.

What happens at the end of my contract if i don't upgrade?

HiMy contract ends in oct 20 but i want to continue after that date on a sim only deal, as no need to upgrade my handset.Will I auto revert to a monthly sim only deal when my contract ends? or do i have to set this up ahead of my contract ending?Many Thanks

No service after "upgrade"

Absolutley fuming about my “upgrade” (sim only)…Lost service when I was specifically told I can use my existing sim instead of waiting for the new sim. Now told sorry, have to wait 2-3 days for the new sim to arrive. No warning about service disruption when upgrading, otherwise would not have agreed...I meant to be triaging patients today!Then the cheek of trying to blame me for accepting the new sim (which hadn’t even arrived) on the app!!!!Mutiple chats (because I couldn’t call obviously) and no success. I even got palmed off, saying that they’ve “activated” my sim and should be ready in an hour. Unacceptable from ID

invalid surname in PAC code transfer online form

@Will @Ryan @KevinPlease could you help to see if there is a problem with my old number transfer to iD.my transaction number is 427760804. I tried to use the online form, but it mentioned that my surname is invalid.I then created the iD account, once logged in, the SERVICE page only needs the PAC code and my old number this time, no surname needed, so it accepted it.  But i subsequently received the text saying “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us . There is no live chat available I found.Please could you see if the transfer is in progress?

Unable to contact a human at ID

Please can  you give me a number so I can talk to a human   - My daughter is unable to use her phone and we are unable to get through using the automated system as it is not recognising the PIN.The live chat is even a BOT that does not understand!!!!  Any suggestions would be appreciated as her phone is useless

Iphone 13 imessage sync issue after porting

Hi All,My number has ported over so texts and phone calls come from my transferred number - this works perfectly. I have a message confirming the switch from last week from ID Mobile.My new iPhone 13 cannot send iMessages to iPhone phone numbers - only email address.I’ve tried turning off/on  iMessages / FaceTime - which is on highlighted as possible solution on this forum multiple times - it doesn't work.I’ve tried the sign out /in of iCloud but no success.Looking at my iCloud account it will only accept iMessages from my original number (ie my ported number). The consequence is that for my contacts who start messages from their phone number - I can no longer use iMessages (only text messaging is available). It also seems to send the message 3times. In phone settings - the original id mobile phone number is still displayed. If I try to edit and save it to my ported number and it instantly reverts back to the ID number. On another phone companies forums this issue has been attributed t
