Unable to register account

Whenever I attempt to register my number to an ID account it gives me this error: "Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?" I am 100% certain my number, last name and date of birth are correct so it is clearly something in ID's end. I cannot even use the app either as it gives me the same error. And no, I have NOT put any numbers in wrong before you suggest it. I have gone through all the lost password/username pages and it seems I am not in the system at all despite being an ID customer for a year now.
