No mobile data? Own an Xperia? Look no forward!

I had this weird issue on my Xperia Z5, and thanks to @Mohammed from iD Mobile, we have seem to have solved the issue. Essentially the Android OS on certain phones (such as OnePlus and a couple of Sony Xperia's) are having issues connecting to the mobile data, even though the APN's are correct and have been set multiple times. The issues lies somewhere with the implementation that handles the APN configuration which is not being applied correctly, it seems to have been fixed on the Xperia XZ but not on the Z5. If you have attempted to manually remove the current APN settings and added the APN settings manually provided by iD then you can perform this reset. This fix will likely work with other Android phones which have the 'Reset Network Settings' which are located on different settings pages, check out your device's manufacturer support website for assistance finding it. VoLTE support for OnePlus 6?

Hi there, The current supported list for 4G Calling is limited to quite a few handsets. The OP 6 has a modem capable of the VOLTE capability but it is not provisioned by the network. I would be very happy if you support this 😉 I cannot see any negatives to this. Thanks, Henri

Feedback about iD Mobile

Hi all! I have left iD Mobile as I will be moving soon to a location where coverage will be essential to contact family and currently Three's network will just not cut it (I know it's not iD's fault as they're just piggybacking onto their backbone). I have left a couple of pro's and con's for anybody else considering this network: Pros Finally! Fingerprint login for the app, that took a lot of time to simplify finding out how much you've gone through! Thumbs up ☺️ CS reps that I have all spoke to over the phone and online, they're very helpful and know what they're doing for all my technical and plan queries When the network isn't congested the 4G speeds are pretty good! Reliability-wise, it's been behaving normally with fairly little downtime. A couple of places I have been to had 4G+ (LTE-A) speeds from Three (around London) 😀 Capping the bill - probably the only network at the moment which has this, thumbs up! Value - this is a big one! Who wouldn't love savin
