Relacement sim needed please

I have posted on another thread how I keep getting voice mail notifications when there non. Have tried everything else so would like try a replacement sim but cannot find out from this site how to go about it.Can some one please arrange for me ti get one?

Voicemail notifications.

For as long as I have had iDmobile I have been receiving 2 or 3 voicemail notifications daily when there are none left .Cannot remember how many years,sorry.I think I have tried all the so called fixes but none works.I have always had an iPhone just different models.When changing models the problem is transferred to the new one.I pass on my old model to my wife and she does not have the same problem.I can only conclude its something to do with the actual sim card.Is there any way I can finally get rid of this really annoying problem?

How do I remove Voicemail notifications when there aren't any

For the past 3-4 weeks I have been getting around 6 voicemail alerts daily on my iPhone X.There is never an actual phone call or message left.Just an alert that sounds and pops up.I have tried various suggestions from Apple websites to no avail so am now asking the iD community if they can help.

Contract end date

According to My Account page my contract is due to end December 2017 this is obviously wrong as I am happily using the service. Where can I find the actual date it ends and my options at the end of it.

Setting up app.

I am trying to get up a sim only account on behalf of my wife.Sim card has been ordered and direct debit set up.She wants to keep here number so need to tell iD via app.At what point can she set up the app because at the moment she is not being allowed to do so.
