new contract needed??

Just had email about deal with iD mobile. Original contract ended some time ago and continue month to month with no probs. Would there be any advantage in taking out new contract ?

Request to change PIN number

My wife has just changed from O2 to Id mobile - much better value. All went well (almost) but today she received an email from iD mobile saying that she had to change account four figure PIN number. Contacted Live chat, but agent said just to leave number as is ???? anyone else had such a request from iD mobile - very confusing, mor especially since you cant actually speak to a real human...

March 2023: CPI+3.9% annual increase.

Are you as worried as I am about the CPI increase. If inflation continues to rise, as forecast, then it may be up to 12%+ next year. This means that the annual increase could be 13% + 3.9%, which equals around 17%+.I have assumed that the original formula was devised when interest rates were really low, in order to give the relevant firms some increase in income.  However….I doubt that they thought that inflation would rise to its present level. In my opinion the relevant companies should now reconsider their position for next year and give undertakings that the present formula will NOT be applied without thought.Opinions…………….

New phone update costs.

On SIM only deal at moment - £7/month. Would like to update to new iPhone but costs too much. Could I opt for a higher upfront cost with a (much) lower monthly cost ??

fingerprint login and register...

Following email from iD re fingerprint login I tried to use it. However no small register screen appeared when I logged in. I tried the change preferences option but when I picked fingerprint - nothing happened. Anyone else had similar problem???
