ID Mobile App - Issues on Android 10 Device

So basically since I joined ID Mobile, and I got my Pixel 2 phone, whenever I log into the app i cannot see my remaining monthly allowances. It just shows up as an “error”. See this screenshot: https://photos.app.goo.gl/uhDriS5dPNBTRqpW6 I have to log into the website instead, which is a pain. Any ideas why i have this, and is anyone else experiencing this issue. I have tried to remove the app and re-install, but still the same problem. Thanks

Receiving BLANK messages from Contacts on iPhone 7 in Messages App

I generally contact people with texts via whatsapp. However ive sent a couple of texts via the messages.app on my iPhone which the recipient has received however when i receive a message back its just an empty message. Have tried re-setting the iMessage toggle in Settings → Messages on and off but made no difference, and also tried restarting the phone. Am running the latest IOS software on my iPhone 7. Any ideas??
