Upgrade before 60 days before contract ends and upgrade price promise

Hi, I'm nearing the end of my contract and I'm hoping to be able to stick with iD mobile. I'm eligible for my upgrade on the 2nd December and before I do that do I have to pay off my phone in any way? I've decided on an iPhone 12 mini and I saw a £32 a month deal from sky mobile and I saw that there is also upgrade price promise (or similar), how does that work online, if at all? Do I have to visit a Curry's PC World to do this price promise? Sorry it's 2 questions, just very confused. TIA

RCS on iD Mobile

Hi there, I have a Huawei P20 Lite which I upgraded to on contract with iD about 5 days ago... I have noticed that when I put in a Vodafone SIM card it enables Message+ which is huawei's RCS messaging client. However when I put in my iD SIM card the option goes away... When will we get RCS on iD mobile? I would like to know as I would like the option to use it as I feel it would be useful... Thanks

Data not counting properly

Hi, I recently upgraded to a new phone and I will gone down to 1gb of data a month. I noticed that on the iD app it says I have no data when according to my phone I have only use 780mb... Please help... I have included screenshots of what my phone and the iD app says.

VoLTE on Huawei P20 Lite

I recently upgraded to a Huawei P20 Lite and it says on the website that VoLTE is supported on the phone but I don't see a VoLTE option in any of my settings, is it an EMUI issue or is it not actually supported

WiFi calling keeps dropping out

Hi there. I recently updated to Oreo on my Huawei P8 lite 2017 which isn't listed on the compatibility list but works anyway. Usually when WiFi calling connects it will soon quickly disconnect. Any ideas about why this is? I'm on a £10 SIM only plan with 10gb if data and 300 mins and ultd texts

Text commands

When I was on EE a year ago they had text commands where if you texted a code like 'Al' to 150 it would tell you your balance and I really like that feature especially if you have no data and need to check your minutes or texts or even your data or the app isn't working. I know about calling customer support and then if you press 1 twice then it will tell your your balance but it isn't very good if you need to be quiet or just want a quick response. If there is any form of this it would be amazing and very useful. -Xan

Can I change my plan up or down in the middle of the month?

Can I change my £10 a month plan with 5gb of data to £10 a month with 10gb data before the end of the month?
