Data cutting out at home

Hello, I've recently joined iD and generally the coverage and speeds are very good. But over the last few days I've noticed the data connection keeps failing - it'll still say 5G in the corner but nothing will work. I checked on the Three service status page and they're doing work on masts but it doesn't give an estimated time of completion or anything. Is anyone any the wiser? Thanks.

Calls going silent after 15 minutes?

Hi, my Mum’s Motorola G7 Play is on iD Mobile and tonight, on more than one occasion, the call went silent after 15 minutes. It doesn’t happen when I’m calling another number (I’m on Vodafone) and we’re both in good signal areas. It’s a bit of an annoying issue. Has anyone else experienced it?
