Can't make or send calls, text messages

I am unable to make or send calls, texts normally. Can anyone help?

Help please i cant call

When i try to call someone it gives the error ‘not registered on network’ I have ran Samsung members troubleshooter, my SIM is recognized but it says to type ‘APN in correctly. I have a default APN and all the settings seem to be correct, i even made a new APN with the same details - to no avail. This has been going on for a while and i am having to rely on wifi calling. I have restarded my phone,cleared cache,reinserted sim when powered off and on.

Network Issue? or SIM issue?

So… I woke up a few days ago to find that I could not make calls on my s7 edge, it said ‘emergency calls only.’ Normally at the bottom of the drag down screen it would say iD (to recognize the sim), however it said emergency calls only. I switched on wifi-calling and it said iD at the bottom of my screen. I can only make calls and send messages through wifi-calling.  Things I have tried: restarting my phone turning airplane mode on and off re - inserting sim

Emergency calls only, not registered to network????

I have been on iD for quite a while now and today I was unable to connect to my mobile data,nor make calls or texts. I can only text and call through wifi. I have 3 bars of signal so its not a signal problem. I have also tested my phone and it detects the sim  card so its not my hardware. Does anyone know how i can get around this issue?
