Move my old ID phone number to new SIM

Hi. My phone was stolen and I have blocked it. It was a SIM only ID deal.I have just got a new phone and contract with ID - & new ID SIM but I do not know how to move my old number across to my new phone / SIM?can anyone help please?

Cannot recover account without phone / sms

My  phone was stolen. When I try and log in from PC (forgot password) it sends sms to phone which I cannot access! Can anyone help please?.

Old SIM stuck in phone, can I use it on iD?

Is there any way of still using my old o2 sim on id network. I cannot get it out.
