Can I unlimitedly tether on the unlimited data deal?

Hello,I’m considering better options for getting onto the internet in the middle North York Moors, with eight miles of copper to the nearest phone exchange providing about 1.6mbps; but direct line of sight to a 4G cellular mast that currently provides around 40mbps via GiffGaff.Unfortunately, GiffGaff won’t entertain the idea of using that for unlimited internet through a 4G router with one of their SIM cards.What’s the score with ID Mobile?
