newbie trying to port in a number

hi on filling in pac code and detail s to move my number to id. my a/c says it will be ported on Friday 28 May and a text message says there is an issue in that they have got either1   I'd mobile number2 last name 3 transaction number.              are incorrect  contact customer services? HOW. ? I AM FINDING THIS UNBELIEVABLE DIFFICULT.  CAN ANY BODY HELP?   AS  TIME IS RUNNING OUT JMAX

Can I upgrade to a SIM Only?

I have just been advised that I can upgrade. I want to go to SIM only contract at £6 per month. With  two payments left on current contract can I move to SIM only . Keep my number . and not pay the two months outstanding?

new contract phone out of stock what happens

My current contract says I can upgrade from 29 Jan 20 on that date what happens if you are out of stock of the phone I want ie a oppo 9  does my current contract carry on until it is available.then I can place order with new sim and transfer my number?
