Why have I been charged for a domestic text when it's unlimited?

Hello, I have unlimited text allowance. However I have been charged for twice for sending one text. Is there a support person I could contact to clarify this? Thank you in advance.

Not registered on network

Hello, I have no network today but I have two signal barres. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

No chat agent

I cannot call, my telephone cannot connect to the network. The chat agents from the page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us are not available. What can I do?

Communication cuts during calls

Hello, I just changed from another operator to pay less however I have communication cuts during calls, that I never had before. I see only one barre of signal, when I always had full barres. When I check the LTE status I have : RSRP = -120 RSRQ = -14 RSSI: -87 SINR = -1 During a call: RSCP_CIPH = -108 RRC: CELL_CDH RSSI/TX: 0/17 This is just not usable. Could you please assist? Please let me know if you need anymore informations. Thank you.
