2nd Sign Up Issues - Advice Sought

So i successfully got to sign up one sim, so i do know the process. i buy another sim and repeat exactly the same process and all i get is red error message ”OOPs” again.i know that i cannot register two sims on one account profile so im [trying] to crate new profile.my steps:step 1 - use safari browser with no lastpass or autofillstep 2 - enter new idmobile sim numberstep 3 - enter surname in all caps >>>» opps message again <«please advise - can admin sign me up for me as i already have an account? why arn these sims preregistered to buyer?

Diverting/Forwarding [un-answered] calls to another network

I know the “settings->call divert->enter number” method but thats not exactly what i want...i want unanswered calls only to divert to a next number. The settings method diverts ALL calls, which is not what I want. Can anyone help me out?? How do i divert/forward un-answered calls to another network only??
