No data service temporarily not offered at your location

I am on an Sasmung S7 Android 8 and for the past 2 weeks I'm getting a message: No data service temporarily not offered at your location. Is happens 10 to 15 times a day and is driving me nuts. I cannot turn the message off and it does not seem to have an impact on my data connectivety. Anyone else seen or experienced this, if so did you fix it is and how. Please, going nuts here Thank you
