What Happened to the £4 SIM only deal

I guess this might have been a Limited Time deal - I was about to switch my wife over but the deal is no linger there.   Will it come again?   AND    More importantly once signed up will it renew at the same monthly cost?

Ending 30 day Rolling Contract - at the end of the first month

What will I be charged at the end of the first 30 days if I cancel. IF I CANCEL NOW (AFTER ONLY 5 DAYS) IT SAYS I’LL BE CHARGED 5.32 +6.00 - PLEASE EXPLAIN.
