Why can I not add more than 3GB of data for 1 month?

I never go over my data allowance. This month is an exception as I am spending some time away & have to use my phone as a personal hotspot for all of my devices.    I am 10 days into my contact with 300MB left of 10GB. I would love to add another 10GB but I do not require this for the next 12 months.    Is there a way to add more than 3GB for a single month? I understand that 10GB for +£30 a month is cheaper because of the ‘bulk buying’ ideology, but I would be far happier to pay £20 for an extra 10GB for one month so that I’m not wasting money & I’m not needlessly out of pocket.    Or, is there a way to chose the 12 month plan & then cancel after one month?    Thanks

Signal has dropped below 0.9mbps in NE65 postcode

The coverage my iD had been questionable for the majority of my contract. But this has gotten ridiculous.    I have upgraded to a fully unlimited contract and I can’t even watch a YouTube video without buffering at 144p. I can’t loads posts on Facebook. Instagram is out of the question. It’s unusable.    My girlfriend is on 3 and she gets anywhere between 6 and 30mbps. Is there a coverage issue, broken mast in my area, or is this just to be expected with iD?

No coverage in NE65 area, AGAIN.

As per usual the coverage is awful.  I’ve always googled for the 3 coverage checker to see if there is work going on. It states that there is work going on right now in my area.  But my girlfriend just checked the 3 app coverage checker and it states that they don’t even cover this area?!?!
