Cannot recieve OTP from paypal

I have been using ID for over a just about a year now and I have just moved my sin into a new phone and tried to use PayPal but it is not working, I can't log in without my number verification.What can I do to fix this ?

Forgotten my password and can no longer access my account

I tried logging into my I'D account but the password is wrong , So I clicked on the forgotten password option but wheb I fill out all the details it says the information is wrong, Is there any other way I can get my account back , I don't know what to do as I just moved to I'D mobile at the beginning of March 2020 What are my options ? - Eva
