Problem with delivery

so i have a problem with the delivery.. first of all i ordered an iphone 7+ (contract monthly) at 28£. I just received not long ago an emai that said "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: websales@idmobile.co.uk The email address that you entered couldn't be found. Check the address and try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpde" I just want to know if m i going to get thone still or i get my money back.. i need to know what now??
