Not receiving texts from MTS number

My wife is currently in Russia due to a family emergency (we’re both iD customers in the UK), and she’s using a SIM card from a Russian network called MTS (“MTC” in Russian) as the second SIM in her Huawei phone. We keep in touch by text and email: however, I’m not receiving texts that she sends to me but she receives the ones that I send to her (but MTS are still charging her for replies) and I was wondering if there’s a known issue between Russian networks and iD Mobile? (I know there are sanctions against Russia from the international community, but this shouldn’t be affecting communications networks as we can email each other fine.)

Minimum contract ending in Jan 2022

My current SIM only Pay Monthly contract with iD is Pay Monthly with a minimum 12 month term, and this is due to end on 7th January 2022.I’ve already received the email advising what my options are and I think I’m ready to choose my upgrade option: I’ve read the linked FAQ and existing question threads and I just wanted to confirm that if I order my new option online that it will take effect from 8th January 2022 (I am also assuming that I will be sent a new SIM that I will have to activate and swap into my phone).Can someone please remind me of what the procedure is (I did this last year but I’ve forgotten what I did)?

Plan change without being logged in at checkout

Hi,I’ve just placed an order to change my price plan by going from the upgrades link on the Dashboard of my iD Mobile account and then going through the steps of the checkout process.When I’d completed that and got my order number, I realised I hadn’t logged in (I did click the link from the Dashboard while logged into my account, but that doesn’t seem to carry over the login status).Will the plan change still carry over to my account as normal (I went into a Carphone Warehouse store when I originally moved over to iD)?Best regards,Richard
