Complaint - Been over a month and no data allowances refreshed

I have not had my data allowance refreshed for over a month now, and have had to resort to purchasing add-ons in order to allow me to use my phone in the absence of an allowance I'm contractually meant to receive. Can somebody please look to resolve this as soon as possible? If not, I'll have no option but to seek to close my account early due to your breach of the contract between us.
