Hello, I cannot start a live chat on the website to return a newly purchased phone, is there another way I can start the return process?

Live Chat Still Disabled

Hello, I have tried to use live chat for 4 days in a row and it doesn’t start for me. I have asked friends to try live chat and it doesn’t work for them either. I have tried this with 3 browsers, I do have pop ups enabled. The window for me returning a phone is shortening. Please could this be looked into?
