New SIM FOIR 2nd PHONE....

I have a new SIM only contract for my 2nd phone. If I try calling my 1st phone it rings & then cuts me off instantly. I have checked both phones but I cannot find the problem. I can text my 1st phone but not call it. I can call & text everyone else. Both SIMs are iDmobile. Any one have any ideas? Thank you..

PLAN RESTRICTIONS...

Recently in a “Trustpilot| survey I made a poor review because I tried calling a London number & was told it was out of plan on one Phone & on the other that it could not be connected. I was told that it was a chargable number but the recipents told me that their num ber are “FREE”. Cancelling my Direct Debit

Recently I received a bill unrelated to my present plan for 18.00 pounds. My present plan was changed in November & is 3.99 ponds per month. I contacted Chat & hopefully resolved the situation however in the meantime I told him that I intended to cancel my direct debit until I was sure that no further bills of this sort were coming. Today I received an email & text making me aware that this does not cancel my contract & please reinstate my DD. I do not want my contract cancelled & I am in credit to the tune of 7.99  but until I am sure of no further bills for this amount I will not re instate my DD.

BILLED WRONGLY...

My monthly bill is 3.99 & yet I have just received a text telling me that my bill is 18.00. I cannot find chat to try to resolve this if it cannot be resolved before the due date then I will cancel my direct debit. Now I usually pay by credit card anyway but I like the DD as a back up. How do I find chat on your website? Thank you...

DOWNGRADING MY SIM ONLY CONTRACT

Hopefully on November 15th I am flying to USA. If I downgrade my SIM only plan will that be done with my present SIM card or will ID send me a new one? I would prefer to downgrade when I have left the Country so that I have all unlimited while I am still here.

How do I pay my wifes bill...

My wife had a SIM  & cancelled she has a bill of 0.63p. Today I tried to pay by phone but it brings up my account. She does not have an account so what do we do? Her bill told her to call 0333 003 7777 to pay but because it’s from my phone it brings up my account & billing. Stupid...what is the anawer?

Today  I wanted to look into buying another SIM only deal for my cellular camera but each time I try I get “Problem loading page” I am using Firefox so I tried Chrome but exactly the same. Any ideas how to over come this? Thank you...

When people are trying to call they get a message “This phone is switched off” when it’s not. Is this a phone issue ir SIM. I get texts & internet but no calls.

Reducing my plan.....

Hopefully I will be going overseas at the end of May. Normally I would cancel my existing SIM only plan. However for convenience I thought that I might reduce my monthly SIM only plan to the minimum available & keep it until I return 5 months later then upgrade again. Is that possible & if so what is the lowest no contract SIM only plan?How much notice of a change would I need to give to change plans & would that incur changing my existing SIM?Thank you...

Poor internet connection

Around a month ago I was having internet connection problems with my SIM which is a 30 day SIM only unlimited data, texts & phone. You sent me a new SIM & all was fine until yesterday & I am having the same problem which really is not good enough. I am tethering my TV & everything is buffering or pausing. Coverage issues again

Here we go again, as mentioned before last month started yesterday 9th October lost coverage at 7:30 am for 30 minutes. Today 10th October 6:00 pm buffering quite bad. I have had a coverage problem at this time of the month since joining. What is the problem?

INTERNET CONNECTION - BROWSER PROBLEM

Today Tuesday 7th July I was having a problem with a slow connection I have an unlimited data, texts & phone call SIM Card. I hots pot tether my laptop from my Huawei phone. Had no problems within 2 months. I went onto iDmobile web & started a chat. Followed his directions, he said that there were no problems with signal in my area. Anyway following his instructions suddenly I found that I had internet but could not connect to Microsoft. Removed the SIM & re inserted it my browser was working somehow it returned. Any ideas why this happened. Did I loose signal & it came back or was it another issue? Any information gratefully received because without my SIM working or whatever the problem is I am totally out of touch. Couldn’t contact anyone by phone no numbers for iDmobile very bad.

Which Countries do you have FREE roaming on an unlimited SIM only plan it quotes 50 EU there are only 27 in the EU.

I have just joined iD mobile & so far all is well. However I received an email “Get Started” This does not list my phone which was bought in Thailand also some webpages will say  “Not supported in your Country” & yet it is all set for UK. Can I overcome these issues? Thank you,

I cannot text STAC for the code. How can I get around this?

I am using a ee SIM for data only within a mobile WiFi device called a dongle. I want to change over my phone number because I will be using this new SIM with iDmobile in my smart phone. How do I get my STAC code if I cannot text for it. Thank you..
