Voicemail notification since transferring to ID

Hi - I've seen several people have the same problem but there doesn't seem to be a solution. I transferred to ID about a week ago and ported my number across. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Since moving to ID I keep getting voicemail notifications when there are no messages. I've tried leaving messages, turning voicemail off and on, clearing the phones cache (which works for a day or so) and ID did something about an hour ago but the problem is back again. Please can somebody help - it's really irritating and if I don't get it fixed I shall have to look to move somewhere else.
