Unable to set up a direct debit! HELP!

Hi, I’m looking to upgrade my phone but to do so I have to set up a direct debit. However, when I put in my bank details it says that I can’t validate them. I’ve looked at a couple of posts on here regarding this questions and it seems some people are having the same problem. To the point they have left ID to go on another service. How can I resolve this?I’ll also add for such a growing mobile network they should be more support regarding advisors to talk to over the phone. This would make things a lot easier.Thank you.

How do i contact the collections department?

I have a overdue balance that I need to discuss with the collections team. I’ve already been in touch with the live chat and the guy, as polite as he was couldn’t do much to help me. I can’t phone the customer service team due to the centres being closed. Any help would be amazing. Cheers!
