loyalty refer a friend

You are promoting refer a friend... I registered today and when I sent the link to a friend the link says it expired in April 2022???Is this ID'S way of getting new customers without committing to the loyalty payouts???False advertising at minimum surely??

cancelling my id contract after 24 months

My current contract is due to expire but I am aware that unless I actually cancel it you will keep charging me. I can't get through to customer services to discuss a sim only deal as I keep getting hung up on.Can someone contact me to discuss offers

I have been given a Black Friday Upgrade deal but want to know what happens to my exising 24 month contract which is not due to expire until 02/01/2021?

PAC code activation failure by ID

I ordered a new phone from ID upgrading my son's monthly sim I want to move my mobile service from another provider so I asked them for a PAC code ... easy enough! I sent the PAC code to ID along with the transaction ID from the new phone and the ID number that I want to change to my other service provider number that I want to keep  ... easy enough! Why then are ID incapable of activating my PAC code? I am paying two providers uncessarily ... your call centre is not being manned. How can I get someone to sort this out ASAP
