Moto G8 VoLTE

HI VoLTE calling is listed as available with Motorola G8 plus and G8 power lite, my phone is a straight forward G8, is it possible with mine or likely to become possible?

Voicemail says number not recognised check and try again

When someone calls my mobile when unanswered instead of voicemail they get the message the number is not recognised please check and call again.I have been with ID for many yearsnot a new simnot a new phoneno changes to any settingshappened in the last few dayshappens with mobiles and landline calls from everybodyif I dial 123 voicemail tells me no messagesRG12 post codeI am a voluntary emergency Responder so it is quite urgent

Unable to send sms message

I was able to send sms messages yesterday, this morning they will not send. I have a moto G8 and have checked all the settings on the phone, I have tried the suggestions on the google help page but still no luck Is there a problem with the network that would cause this?

Mistake with change of plan

Hi this evening I applied to change my plan but have had an email saying that a sim is being sent, I don’t need a sim card or pac code or to transfer a number, I already have one with an active number. My current plan is £8 a month 10gb data unlimited calls and texts. The change was to £8 a month 15gb data unlimited calls and texts.I can’t find a real person to talk to and the chat bot is no help. Why are you asking for credit card details

Hi, I almost purchased an upgrade but was asked for 1p and credit card details. I already have an account that is paid by direct debit, so why are you asking me for credit card details? Not bothered about the 1p but the more people who know my credit card details the more people there are that can have them hacked.

A list of Incoming calls

I can find my outgoing calls, but Is there anywhere that I can see a list of incoming calls?  I have an unlimited minutes and texts sim only account. Thanks in advance

Does RPI affect 30-day SIM-only plans?

I am thinking of changing my monthly plan. If I look at the FAQ’s it says no price increases with ID (see below). But when I start the process it says prices increase with the RPI, which is correct?   Can the monthly cost of my SIM Only deal change? Not with iD Mobile. Most other major networks such as EE, Three, Vodafone, and O2 increase the price of their SIM Only deals each year with inflation or RPI (Retail Price Index).
