Ending my contract

Hi, my contract ends next week with iD and I want to cancel my contract as I am moving to a different courier. Please can you info me how to cancel my contract, I have tried doing it online but it says serever under maintenance.

My contract is ending, how do I stop my contract from continuing ?

Hi, my contract with iD finishes in 10 days and I received an email saying that after the contract finishes, if I do nothing, then they will still continue the contract and carry on taking money from my bank. But I am purchasing a new phone and contract with a different company. So, where and how do I tell iD that I would like to stop my contract after it finishes? Thank you.
