Activating my usual sim card with ID Mobile on my Samsung S10 phone

I am using the same sim card but exchanged my phone to a Samsung S10. The message comes up that I need to activate my account with my service provider. How do I do this please? Thanks.

Unable to connect to my husband's mobile phone.

We can ring the house phone OK but calls between my mobile and my husband's mobile fail to go through. We get the message that the person you are calling is not available at the moment! Please can anyone advise what we can do to rectify? Thanks.
