Cancel Contract and Complain re Engagement

How to I cancel my contract for a phone not used for years yet I receive monthly letters for threatening legal action if the bill is not paid? I cannot get through to anyone to cancel and there’s no where online to cancel. Also how do I complain/receive recommence for this given providers are required by law to make this easily accessible?Many thanks.

How do you reach the iD Mobile Complaints Dept?

Hi,This question probably won’t be published but I will try in good faith in any case.Quite simply, how do you get in touch with ID Mobile Complaints Dept?I want to give them an opportunity to investigate my complaint and respond but my requests are repeatedly suppressed.I don’t have an ID Mobile App log in and can’t secure one as the phone involved was my elderly mother’s who doesn’t have it now but is stressed with the situation.The staff are delaying and stalling in what appears to be tactics of attrition.Please, can anyone assist with a means to complain direct to ID Mobiles complaints dept by passing the chat forum. Many thanks. Ross

Quality of Service and Complaint

Good afternoon,I’ve been sent a link to a page which on clicking the link it says am not authorised to see the page.I am still waiting on a manager to call me please as per my complaint resolution request. I trust I am not now being prevented from seeing my posts or others from seeing what is occurring here. GDPR does not cover this matter.
