Why should I be surprised.  I am trying to cancel my contract online, and I keep getting message  Something went wrong!Someone, anyone or maybe even Customer Services  -  please tell me what the trick is.  Thanks.

iD Mobile - Registration Code myiD

I need to be able to register without inserting SIM card so I need iDMobile employee to send the code by a different system - preferably to the email address used to purchase SIM contract.Help please.Thanks.

Two different SIMs delivered but I do not know which is which

Recently I ordered two SIMs with different data limits. They both arrived on same day.  I have tried to cross-reference all the invoice/transaction/customer/contract/phone number/order number/etc, but there is no common factor or number between the online order/email references and the details on the delivered SIMs/documents.How can I tell which SIM is which so I can correctly allocate them?
