Dual Sims - Account Registration

I've just received 2 new sims for my dual sim phone. I have successfully registered the first sim with my email account and I am porting the existing number. But now can't register the second sim with my email address as it's already in use. :-( Is there a problem with the account registration page currently. I'd like to get this sim set up for my phone too.
