Loss of service

Last Sunday I completely lost use of my mobile ‘phone for calls and texts. Why is this? When will network coverage where I live be restored?

Connection problem

My mobile phone does not function at present : it won't receive or send either calls or texts. Can you make it work again please?

Addon

My extra monthly allowance for texting from the UK, where I am, to outside Europe, in particular to the USA, is £30. If I wanted to would ID Mobile allow me to increase this limit of £30 and could I do this online through the ID Mobile website once I have logged into it?

Texting a mobile number in the USA

I want to send a text from the UK, where I am, to a mobile number in the USA. The mobile number I have for my brother in the USA is a 13 digit number starting 001. But when I try to send such a text IDMobile does not send it. Why is this? Or should the first few digits of the number I am trying to send a text to be other than 001?
