Unnecessary Debt letter

I have received a debt collection letter for a contract free sim/pay as you go that hasn't been used for over two years. You've sent me a letter and an email for £20 for a sim i know hasn't been used as it STOPPED WORKING and you never issued a replacement!! I don't even know the mobile number that ID require in order to get through and speak to you, neither do you as a business provide this in your correspondence. Helpful.Stop harassing me for a something that isn't in use.REMOVED
