how cancel phone order that is now out of stock

I placed an order on the 24th nov for a new iPhone. I received order confirmation and you have taken my upfront payment from my bank. In the website at that point it said new stock in on 1st December. Since then no update and now on the website the phone shows as no stock til second week of jan!I can’t speak to anyone and the live chat is worse than useless. So I want to cancel the order and get my money back that you have already taken and it seems way to keep for two months without me getting the phone!shambles of a company it seems!  How do I cancel and get my money refunded urgently?

how do I check my order status

I had an order confirmed on 24th nov. The handset was supposed to be in stock from the 1st December.I have heard nothing since and am worried the order isn’t going to be fulfilled.how do I get an update on my order and confirm the phone is due back in stock soon?
