WiFi Calling - enabled but does not work.

Hey guys   Usually I feel comfortable with getting most of iD Mobile features working by myself but since I got my Note 10 and my partner got S10 I really struggle to get WiFi Calling to work.  Both of the phones are factory unlocked and purchased directly from Samsung.   * I have erased and setup my phone twice to see if that will help. * I have reset network settings multiple times even when using safe mode. * I have checked career provisioning using #*#*4636#*#* code and toggle for WiFi Calling is on but greyed out. * I have turn WiFi Calling on and off and test it with Airplane mode multiple times.   My phone is dual SIM so as a test I have inserted o2 and Vodafone Sims from my mates to the second slot and WiF Calling works with both of them but as soon as I change it back to iD Mobile it's not working but toggle to turn it off and on is visible.    Below is few screenshot from my research.       I hope you guys can help me here, maybe one of the technicians would know what to do b

Currys rebrand 2021

Hello @Nikhil P , @Emil , @Mohammed , @Siân , @Mohsin , @Ryan (I tagged you all so you can see my post). I just seen the news posted by Dixons Carphone about changing the branding and merging all existing names into one that is Currys. I was just wondering how this will affect iD Mobile. In the statement that has been posted on Dixons Carphone news page they say about changing the mobile offer as well. It's on the screenshot below Are you guys able to shed some light on this? Is iD Mobile going to stick around under new Currys umbrella? Will become separate entity or it will cease to exist ? The last part worries me the most. If you guys cannot share any info just now. That's fine, I am just being nosy bugger here  Kind Regards everyone.

ID Mobile website does not work???

Hi guys. Just a question. I cannot access ID Mobile Website for last couple of days. Is there anything wrong with my connection/browser or does anyone else has the same problem? I have tried accessing it on WiFi and 4G as well as I used Opera and Chrome browsers with no luck. Screenshot below show the error that I am getting. Kind Regards

Lets be friends

Hello again Hideout crew. In this topic here I would like to say something more about myself and encourage you all to do the same. I will start first to break the ice :) My real name is unpronounceable in UK so I will stick to my nickname which come from Hikari no Kobushi which means Fist of Light and that's how I created it using Google translate. Originally I come from Poland, I came to UK ten years ago and decided to stay. Currently I am working in a shop that is dealing with second hand electronics but I worked for network provider and shop with mobile phone accessories back in Poland as well. In the past I have applied to work in Carphonewarehouse and Currys like 15 times but never got an interview invitation but fortunately I could get the job in the area that I like anyway :) I live in Scotland where recently bought a house together with my fiancee. My ideas

Hi everyone from the Hideout crew. I wanted to share with you ideas that in my opinion may work (or may not) or at least are worth to try. I see myself as experienced forum user as I used be very high in hierarchy at Android Authority Community with 800++ posts there. I have been moderating and administrating many communities in my homeland back in high school days. I have learned during these times that forums which most returning users are the ones which build big but tight group of people talking to each other about anything (Reddit) or the ones that provides incentives (OnePlus and Giffgaff) for users to come back and help. Whats below is my idea of these incentives to make people come back. This one is a little taken from Giffgaff community where this works very very well. On Giffgaff community people who help others earn real money that are paid to them twice a year. On ID community that could be points earned for "likes", "best answers" and overall activities then these p

FitBit Charge 2 notifications issue.

Hey guys. I have a wee question to someone who could help me fixing my partner's FitBit Charge 2 notification issue. She is using Blackberry Motion. So, what happened is that she can get all her steps, calories and other fitness features synced as normal but she has stopped receiving notifications on the tracker. She should be notified of WhatsApp messages and calls but nothing show up on her wrist. I have tried all this as below # rebooting phone and tracker # removing watch from companion app and syncing it again # I have switched "Always connected" and "Keep-Alive Widget" on and off. # In "Notification" setting I have changed default text app to Messenger and send her a text through there and still nothing. I tried to Google the solution but I haven't found anything that I already haven't tried. I ran out of ideas what else I could do there to make notification work again. Did any of you had similar issue?
