DEPT COLLECTORS!!!!!

I am extremely annoyed at the lack of communication from ID about this matter and how I’ve suddenly after over a month of leaving ID mobile that they’ve decided to pass me onto dept collectors called ‘overdales’ !!!  i had a contract with ID mobile and I have NEVER missed a single payment . I also on the 6th June paid £282.66 which I was told by numerous people was my exit fee. Before this on the date of 5th May I paid my normal rate of £52.67 ! Never ever missed a payment !!!  i have not been using this network as I switched to UW the same time as I sent the exit fee on the 6th June so why is it that today I have had dept collectors get in touch with me demanding £50.22 off me and if I don’t pay they are taking legal action against me ? I have over a years worth of bank statements to put forward for this case , I even have a refund from ID mobile for the same amount of what the dept collectors are after? This refund was given to me on the 8th June because I was told by someone on here

paying my cancellation fee

Hi there I have switched to a new network and I have saved up the cancellation fee which is over £250+ . I want to pay this off immediately and not wait 6 months or so for the funds to be cleared . Can someone give me an actual human being to talk to please, because I don’t want ID hanging over my head whilst I’m with now with UW.  I’ve already been through PAC’s etc and I’m now writing this from a completely new network and just want to pay this fee .

why cant I text competition numbers on a pay monthly contract

I have a pay monthly contract at 43.99 a month and I’d like to be able to text competition numbers. It’s never worked and I’m assuming you have to top up for this ? But because I’m a pay monthly customer my account doesn’t give me an option to ‘top up’ and the add ones are just data and voice .. which I don’t need as I’m unlimited . I simply want to add £10 or so to be able to text competition numbers such as ‘Heart’ can someone please tell me how to go about this .
