Bundle purchase not going through

It`s taken the 1 p payment but if i want top up or buy monthly bundle, at the payment say” Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” on the 7777 number after 20 minute still nobody. The chat bot not able to solve. Any one here?

Content Restrictions

What possible to do if not on the app and not ever online at the account. At  the chat only bot, and saying the same things go there and you can. To add or remove the restriction, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle adult content filtering 'on' or 'off'. |What if not. Why so useless the the app why not there what suppose to be there? Why i can’t get for my money what  i want? How possible to solve this?Thanks
